PROMO CODE
Orders placed with a promotional code that provides a discount on the order (excluding our 10% Welcome Offer) are only eligible for store credit or exchange;
SWIM
All swimwear must be tried on with underwear, the protective sanitary strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered;
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are non-refundable;

We suggest that all items be tried on as soon as received to ensure that you can return items within the return timeframe.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable and fees for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. fdstormagasin.com assumes no responsibility for non-delivery of a return. We encourage you to return your items via registered or trackable postal services as return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until received by fdstormagasin.com
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
We strive to process refunds daily, but it may take up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email notification when our team has received your return and again when it has been processed.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
